Brand Partner's offers for the particular Game or other appropriate goods or services may take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered after completion of the Game.
Players may also play for free by receiving a special code (a "Play Code") by mailing in (with separate sufficient postage) a 3 x 5 postcard to Charity Pop / Fanthropic Free Entry, P.O. Box 896, Armonk, NY 10504 with their first and last name, date of birth, gender, mailing address, email address, and the name of the specific Fanthropic experience you want to play. Play Codes can be requested by mail in this manner as early as 45 days in advance of the Eligibility Period and continuing until 10 business days prior to the end of the Eligibility Period to allow for processing. You can enter for free in this manner as many times as you want, up to the Play Limit, but each postcard must be mailed separately. Bulk mail entries are void and will not be accepted.
In certain instances where campaigns are short in duration, players may also enter for free by going to the specific campaign page at fanthropic.com and scrolling down to the bottom to the link for “Alternative Method of Entry”. Click it and fill out the form before the deadline. Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method are ineligible and will be disqualified.
By submitting a Play, Players fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Game.
Entrants are limited to the max number of plays offered in each experience during the Eligibility Period for each Game, regardless of the method of entry (the "Play Limit"). No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. Delivery of certain Prizes may require a street address (no P.O. Boxes) located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries or Plays, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed Plays/entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
The winner of any particular Game will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received (the "Winner"). The drawing will take place within 24 hours of the end of the applicable Eligibility Period for the applicable Game. The drawing and awarding of the Prize will be conducted by Sponsor. The Winner will be notified by telephone call or email. Confirmation of the identity of the Winner will be undertaken by Sponsor, by whatever means Sponsor shall deem appropriate. If the Winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to be declared the Winner. If the Winner rejects the Prize, or is otherwise ineligible to receive the Prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, another Winner will be chosen in a subsequent random drawing, assuming time permits given the dates and times of the applicable Prize. If for any reason a Winner chooses to reject any portion of any prize, Sponsor shall have no obligation to award the rejected or unclaimed portion of any Prize to an alternate winner.
The Winner and the Winner’s Guest(s) must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In order to receive the Prize, Winner and the Winner’s Guest (s) must sign and return to Sponsor, within 24 hours of initial notification or the timeframe indicated in the official winner notification email (this may vary depending on the experience) an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law), or any other document necessary to confirm Winner's eligibility, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on the potential Winners and, if any Prize includes participation by one or more of Winner's guests or family members ("Winner's Guest(s)"), the Winner's Guest(s), and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any potential winner or Winner's Guest(s) based on the results of such background check, if the Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the Prize to such Winner or Winner's Guest(s) might reflect negatively on Sponsor or its Partners, put Sponsor or its Partners in danger or may impede Winner or Winner's Guest(s) entry into a destination country. Factors that could result in disqualification as a Winner or Winner's Guest(s) include, without limitation, having been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, being delinquent on a government-ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc., or any other criminal or civil offense determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Where necessary to fulfill this requirement in any jurisdiction, Winner and/or Guests must provide authorization and/or complete any forms reasonable required to facilitate such background check. If any Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the required documentation within the required time period, an alternate Player will be selected in his/her place by random drawing. This process will continue until a valid Winner is found that complies with all the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, assuming time permits given the dates and times of the applicable Prize.
Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Plays received.
The Winner will receive the Prize specified on the Game Microsite. The approximate retail value of any Prize will be specified on the Game Microsite. Winner's Guest(s) must be 18 or older or the Winner who accompanies them must be their parent or legal guardian.

If 3 of the boxes you scratch off reveal the same prize, then you are a winner of the prize shown or otherwise described. Winning Scratch Off Cards may be redeemed automatically or the prize may be sent to the Winner (usually within 4-12 weeks). Scratch off cards can only be played during the Eligibility Period. Unused or incomplete cards will expire.
(i) If the Winner is a Canadian resident, he/she may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to be declared the Winner. Certain types of Prizes may have restrictions or limitations as set forth in the Game Microsite.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner, and Winner acknowledges that the value of the Prize may be considered taxable income in some jurisdictions. If indicated on the Game Microsite, in addition to the Prize, the Winner will receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment").
